The intent of this website is to provide mental clarity and physical longevity through exposure to information that may be used to craft a clear path forward towards a happy life. Because ultimately, when observing the sum total of any human lifespan, it is clear that happiness is the only thing of value.
Good advice is difficult to come by. We have entered the age of information where we have all become involuntary contenders in an information war. The largest battles are being fought over subjects that are of interest to all humans, most notably, physical health and mental well-being.
Some will choose federally funded and/or scientifically approved vital information releases. To some, these seem like the safest, responsible choice when seeking actionable information that is vital to a humans existence. Once a given number of humans ‘n’ make a choice that they’re essentially betting their life on. The choice will have gained ‘n’ supporters in that informational domain. In information warfare terms, the choice information acquires ‘n’ additional recruits/soldiers who are willing to die for their choice. This is a profoundly real and orchestratable phenomenon that is easily observable on every social media platform.
The nefarious nature of this information warfare is spawned of two very obvious feelings- fear and greed. Upper echelons dispose fear and greed on the lower echelons out of their own fear that they may be usurped/devalued. These facts are all intuitive, as they’ve been seen throughout history.
Choices of options for solutions to concerns vital to human survival have become divisory means. The upper echelons control the choices, how you’re to feel, and the choices on how to act.
That is to say, the upper echelons who are orchestrating supply and demand of physical products are also the main players inputting data to media. Since the main players are disseminating this data to the non-main players, and we’re all playing on the same field, the main players make the rules.
In the end, our state of existence, is not a compilation of our many choices we’ve made, it is how we feel about the choices we’ve made. The choices are in-fact quite nebulous! Imagine a world structured such that massive wars were fought between divided factions of people over shampoo. Who is to say that the wars aren’t currently fought over something so trivial (they are, and always have been)?
When you’re presented with a narrative, you must decide whether or not to feel a prescribed way about that information.
As a human, you probably have free will. If not then reality is probably more of a simulation. As human, with free will, nobody can choose how we feel about a subject. If the subject is completely fake, that greatly changes the available prescribed feelings toward or against that subject.
Physical and mental health are intimately intertwined. So much so that each federally funded / scientifically approved trial must be a clinical double-blind study. This is to attempt to account for the placebo-effect.
The placebo-effect is the minds way to actualize a desired outcome. The placebo-effect renders most studies statistically insignificant.
To be absolutely clear – ~~unquantified force that naturally heals~~ recognized in the medical scientific community. Also renders the pharmaceutical industry unable to provide acceptable efficacy evidence (by current federal standards). Recall clinical double blind trials quite literally are designed to remove any extra glimmers of hope from the subjects. Again, if the experiment was not designed this way the data would be skewed into statistical insignificance.
Mental fitness is achieved through mental exercise. Mental exercise comes in exactly two forms, “on” and “off“. The “off” state has been the most sought after state in human existence. The “on” state includes everything from cognitive visualizations, memorization, math, but mostly it’s idle mental chatter, or “monkey mind” as termed by the mystics in the East.
Let it be known that there is no divide between physical and mental health. As humans we are blood-machines made with mechanical pumps and cellular reactors. Medical science does not know how the body works. The extent of our knowledge of medicine starts with measurements and ends with mapping chemical reactions. We know quantifiable data such as, 750ml of blood flows through a human brain every minute. But what we really know is how we feel when performing various physical exercises. Feeling is in the mind, of the body. Likewise, feeling in the body, is of the mind.
The information war is directly affecting our minds, and thereby effecting our bodies. This is analogous to the placebo-effect, only weaponized. Informational manipulation has humans purchasing diamonds as symbols of status. In actuality, diamonds are abundant in nature and only worth as much as somebody is willing to pay for them.
The manipulated information that increased the value of the diamond did not immediately cause humans to drop dead. However, many people died as a result of that information. Much concern is still focused on those little rocks. Now mostly out of sentimental value.
The modern man spends his time seeking truth on the computer. Ancient man sought truth by turning the mind off. I intend to provide a healthy mixture of both.
