From that day forward I’ve been wearing the Altra brand shoe. Their two main features are a spacious “toe box” and they’re “zero drop” meaning the heel and sole are at the same elevation. In almost ALL shoes the heel is elevated compared to the toe.
After switching to heelless shoes, my mobility has quite literally increased 100-fold. Since then, I’ve began running every single day.
